CONCRETE PLACING TRUCK
The batching vehicle is a transit and distribution device in a concrete production line (especially for pipe piles and precast components). It receives materials from the mixing station and then distributes them to multiple placing vehicles, achieving efficient 'one supply to many' delivery.
CONCRETE DISTRIBUTOR TRUCK
The distributor is the special equipment for evenly distributing the concrete sent by the distributor to the pipe mold/mold/pouring surface, and is the "pouring execution unit" at the end of the production line.
Core functions: unloading by distributor, driving along the production line track (cross-pipe mould), walking, unloading and feeding at the same time.
Structural composition: chassis, hopper, traveling mechanism, discharge/laying mechanism, mold bucket lifting, shock absorption, electrical.
Technical Features
Cross-mode driving, paving while moving, vibration-assisted compaction.
Adjustable chute, compatible with different pipe diameters/molds.
Above-ground cable sliding line, reducing on-site interference.
Independent electrical control, operation with the vehicle, safe and efficient.
