DMC pulse bag filter
The DMC pulse bag dust collector is a new generation bag-type dust collector developed on the basis of digesting and absorbingsimilar foreign products, drawing on the latest domestic and foreign technologies, and combining them with the current actualsituation of small air volume single-unit dust collectors in China.This dust collector uses high-pressure (0.5-0.7 MPa) large-flow pulse valves and Venturi tubes to clean each filter bag individually.It features strong cleaning kinetic energy and high cleaning efficiency. In particular, its online cleaning feature allows continuous operation of the dust collector, overcoming the disadvantage of shutting down for mechanical vibration cleaning. It can be widelyused in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, construction materials, non-metal processing, grain, pharmaceuticals, and other industries.The filter material of this machine is generally polyester needle felt, with an emission concentration below 50 mg/Nm³. When high-quality filter materials are used, it has superior efficiency in collecting dust particles of 0.3-2 μm compared to any other dust collector.The machine's control system uses a pulse jet control instrument for automatic cleaning control.
