Main structural composition
1. Host chassis: a cantilever-shaped mixer main engine chassis, which contains towing pins and parking legs for trailers; Mixer, cement and wateradmixture weighing scale placed on the chassis; There are inspection platforms and railings attached to the perimeter.
2. Control room: the control room is at the bottom of the chassis of the main machine, the internal mixing plant automatic control system, the control system is the same as the fixed mixing plant, the control room is used as the front support point of the whole station when it is in working state, and the control room is stored in the air inside the bracket during transfer transportation; All of its control lines do not need to be disassembled.
3. Aggregate batching and metering: This system is located at the back end of the entire station. The upper part is an aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper, which can be divided into 2 or 4 compartments and equipped with a raised plate to increase storage capacity. The doors are opened sequentially by pneumatic operation, and the aggregate metering adopts a cumulative metering method for multiple materials. The bottom is equipped with a traveling rear axle and frame legs for working.
4. Belt conveyor frame: the frame is a truss structural part connecting the main machine chassis and the aggregate batching frame, and the belt frame is inside; The main frame, belt frame and batching frame are connected to form the main structure of the whole mobile mixing plant
5. Peripheral components: cement silo and screw conveyor, peripheral parts are integral parts no matter when working or transporting, and do not need to be disassembled, so they can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
6. Mixing host: generally adopts JS type compulsory mixer, which can quickly and evenly mix fluid and dry hard concrete.
