Working principle

Working Principle: Two parallel stirring shafts rotate towards each other. The blades arranged on the shafts cause the material to be violentlytossed, squeezed, and sheared in both axial and radial directions, ensuring thorough mixing of the material.

Structural characteristics

Structural Features: The stirring arms are mostly streamlined in both axial and radial directions, which can produce radial cutting and axial pushingeffects on the material. The transmis-sion device often uses a planetar y gear reducer, which is compact and provides smooth transmission.Equipped with an automatic grease lubrication system, it can reduce contamination of the concrete by grease. There are two types of discharge methods (pneumatic discharge and hydraulic discharge); discharge is quick and clean, and the position of the discharge door can be adjusted.
